A set of six bone china milk jugs of baluster form with a gilt loop handle, a gilt dentil and dot border inside the mouth; green border with Garter reserves, those inscribed 'THE ROYAL YACHT' centred by anchors, those with Garter motto by a crowned GvR.
Provenance
Part of a dinner service produced for use on the royal yacht during the reign of King George V, probably for HMY Victoria and Albert III (launched 1901, scrapped 1937).
