A hand-coloured print of a stout woman who, suffering from saddle sore, has sought the treatment of an apothecary. He wears spectacles and whilst kneeling down, places a dressing on the woman's backside. In the background, a man mixes using a bucket whilst enjoying the spectacle and a maid looks on with displeasure. Bottles of potions and mixtures line the room.
