Recto: two studies of a right arm to the elbow, and below, a bent left arm. Verso: a drawing of a left hand holding a stick. The drawings on the recto of this sheet are preparatory studies for the angel playing a violin in the left centre of the upper section of the altarpiece, The Martyrdom of St Agnes, Pinacoteca, Bologna.
