A hand-coloured print of two women dressing for a royal birthday party. On the left, a bald headed stout lady admires herself in a mirror supported by a boy who plays with a dog as an enormous wig is placed on her head. On the right, a young woman is having her hair dressed as she is shown a new dress by an older woman wearing a wide brimmed hat.
