A hand-coloured print of the Duchess of Devonshire on the left with her hand on the shoulder of Charles James Fox who, together with Lord Frederick North, are dressed in women's clothes. Fox and North both hold crutches. The Duchess points to a tombstone whilst the bespectacled Edmund Burke peers through the door at the right.
