Worn by The Queen to the Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral, London, and to luncheon at Guildhall, City of London, 4 June 2002. The Service of Thanksgiving formed the central part to the Golden Jubilee celebrations in 2002, before a memorable pop concert in the gardens of Buckingham Palace when Queen guitarist Brian May opened with God Save The Queen, played from the roof of the Palace. The concert ended with the largest fireworks display ever mounted in London.
