Summers at Balmoral

Each summer the Royal Family travel to Scotland for their annual holiday at Balmoral Castle, Aberdeenshire. These photographs were taken to mark the Silver Wedding Anniversary of The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, and show the family relaxing together. The photographs were taken by the Queen’s cousin, Patrick Lichfield, a professional photographer.
