Shackleton's telegram to King Edward VII

On reaching Christchurch, New Zealand, Shackleton sent this telegram to King Edward VII to report the achievements of the Nimrod expedition. He also requested permission to name a newly discovered range of mountains after Queen Alexandra, to which the King gladly assented.
