A yellow and white metal gong suspended by two black horns mounted on a rectangular gilt metal base, with a hammer. Decorated with a scrolling foliate design and Malaysian coat of arms. 

Presented to Queen Elizabeth II by Tuanku Ja'afar ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman, The Yang Di-Pertuan Agong X of Malaysia at Buckingham Palace, 12 July 1995.
