1848This hand-coloured coloured lithograph shows the Green Drawing Room during the reign of George IV's niece, Queen Victoria (1819–1901). It is based on a watercolour painted by Joseph Nash in 1848. Visible are many of the most important pieces of furniture with which George IV furnished the room, as well as the large and magnificent green-ground Axminster carpet which covered the floor.
