These volumes are written in Kannada. Their illuminated frontispieces resemble those of Islamic manuscripts but in a distinctly south Indian style. The Regulations of Tipu relates to accounts and land grants of a Hindu monastry in Mysore. Jaimini's Sutras is a treatise on Hindu astrology.
