SPOONER'S PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE QUEEN'S MARRIAGE PROCESSION

The panoramic view (below) shows the wedding procession through the State Apartments of St James’s Palace to the altar of the Chapel Royal. The Queen and her twelve bridesmaids process towards Prince Albert and Queen Adelaide, the widow of King William IV. The Duchess of Kent, Queen Victoria’s mother, stand in front of the bridal group.
