Presented to George IV when Prince Regent by Sir Evan Nepean (1752– 1822) on 26 October 1819 – one of six kris presented by Nepean on that date. Nepean had served as Governor of Bombay from 1812 to 1819. Recorded in the Armoury at Carlton House and later displayed in the North Corridor at Windsor Castle.
